Amazing service! Stopped in today (2 days before Christmas) at 4:30pm asking for 2 very special arrangements. I assumed as it was so late in the day and since I waited until right before Christmas without actually calling in an order I would be told, sorry but we can’t. It was the exact opposite experience. They said of course we can, led me to the back cooler to pick exactly what I wanted and had my arrangements complete in about 15 minutes. They are absolutely perfect and Sarah (I believe that was her name) even added some extra special touches for me.

These guys were amazing - they were asked to delivery flowers to me on my birthday by my mother - but unfortunately I was away for a week and they could not reach me. They left many messages, trying to connect - and were extremely patient with the mix-up about the delivery date. What made it even more special was the fact that this delivery is the last one I will receive from my mother (who is in palliative of care) - and Leduc Florists went out of their way to ensure the flowers were fresh (not a week old) when I got back and could finally receive them. The flowers were beautiful - but the kindness/compassion that they showed was even more lovely! Thank you Leduc Florists!

I called and Meagan picked up the phone and answered every question I had. She confirmed that they did same-day delivery and I was excited to trust her with putting together a colourful display that my wife would love. She even made sure to put in alstroemerias in there, which are flowers that were in my wife's bouquet when we got married 15 years ago!
My wife and I are blown away at how good of a job Leduc Florists did, especially when I'm really not the greatest for picking what flowers should go together. Amazingly friendly and tremendous service. I highly recommend you get your flowers here, based on my experience!

Excellent customer service! Such a nice and friendly store to deal with. They were very accommodating with my request and so helpful! They fit a delivery in on very short notice and didn't even hesitate. It was my first time dealing with them and I am very impressed with the service received! They have the cutest idea of a chocolate bar bouquet which I ordered. Very very nice friendly ladies! 5 star + !!!

Meagan was able to sort out my delivery given that the GPS wasn't taking her delivery driver to the correct rural address - delivered my sympathy flowers and the recipients were very happy!
